Gourmet Restaurant A discreet restaurant close to the Villiers metro station. Chef Karl's cuisine is fairly classic, updated and simple, but well executed: grilled leeks, mustard siphon and pine nuts, roasted scallops, a creamy split-pea purée, awakened by a citrus tartar, and a more simplistic dessert with roasted pineapple, chocolate sauce, roasted almonds and coconut sorbet. Narrow, fairly classic wine list, despite a few organic wines: saumur from domaine Arnaud Lambert, bandol from Pibarnon. Reception and service orchestrated by Erick, the chef's twin.
