Gourmet Restaurant A professional bistro and the best of the halles: Olivier Arlot, serial restaurateur, succeeds wherever he sets foot and brings a touch of gourmet frankness that's always welcome. Here, in front of the region's most beautiful market, he serves up well-crafted and showcased products, with traditional or more inventive backgrounds: portobellos stuffed with cep sausage au gratin with goat's cheese, pollack with artichoke and pak choï vadouvan, duck breast with apple and smoked juice, and finishing with a child's dessert: crème catalane with chocolate, hazelnut butter foam and churros. Not cheap, of course, at €53 for the full menu, which, for quality and consistency, and with a fine regional cellar, is still a good deal.
