Gourmet Restaurant It's impossible to miss the big house just outside the Halles, with its name spelled out on the corner and its small terrace. This is a rather refined bistro, with fine products and practical recipes that conjure up memories of yesteryear. The €39 formula is in the right league, with stewed scallops with baby vegetables, fillet of sea bream with champagne sauce, veal chop with chanterelles or the armagnac-glazed parfait. Lunch menu €22.
