But not just any pizza: the kind that tastes of yesteryear, the kind that features top-quality products, the kind whose dough has been fermented for at least 48 hours before being baked over an artisanal wood fire to give it that unmistakable smoky taste. If Victor's pizzas are unique, it's because he offers them by the metre, and above all because he uses only the finest ingredients, sourced from Italian agricultural cooperatives and Toulouse producers renowned for their charcuterie and cheeses. Gourmet, convivial pizzas that customers can make up as they like on a metre of dough, giving way to an explosion of colors and flavours. The icing on the cake is that they go perfectly with Italian wines selected by the Chef for their quality and aroma.
