Chef's Restaurant He's there, he's leading the way, he's still a figure and now a father to Lille's younger generation, who continue to follow in his footsteps, those of a proud and united Nord, which sheds the trappings of classic gastronomy to get to the heart of the matter. This is Benoît Bernard, as active and determined as ever to liven up the landscape. With his boats on the canal, which are a great distraction and make for very pleasant aperitif dinners, and with his Toquées, which work well, the brigade following the boss's precepts to the best of their ability: pollack with carrot and yarrow mille-feuille, Grenoble skate with Colonnata bacon and meadowsweet cherries, in a personal menu that doesn't skimp on the extras and gives everyone an impression of well-being that lasts well into the evening. A fine cellar, equally personal, with choices and references not to be found everywhere (Dard et Ribo, Ulysse Colin...).
