Gourmet Restaurant Firmly rooted in this majestic 17th-century barn with its modern decor, Stéphane Lefèvre offers gourmet cuisine based on carefully selected noble products. Local, seasonal and sometimes forgotten vegetables accompany plates prepared with passion, and feature a fine selection of beef in carbonade, filet or onglet, and fish freshly delivered from the Boulogne fish market, such as roasted monkfish with seaweed broth and smoked eel, or lacquered calf sweetbread with spiced jus. Ideal for family or corporate functions in a dedicated room. Suitable prices with menus from €23 to €38.
