Chef's Restaurant In the Montmartre district, Octave Kasakolu's restaurant is a fine traditional rendezvous, an elegant house decorated in the old-fashioned style, with terracotta floor tiles, leather banquette seating, bourgeois table setting and well-oiled service. The chef's main focus is on meats, which he showcases in meticulous, convincing dishes, such as teriyaki-style Kobe carpaccio, chest-roasted squab with pan-fried mirabelle plums, spinach shoots and black lemon jus, braised wagyu chuck, sand carrots with Isigny cream.
