Chef's Restaurant Returning from the Americas, some of the wealthy inhabitants of Cap Corse in the early 20th century went back home to build beautiful houses, such as Castel Brando. It's a tribute to the history of this beautiful hotel that the restaurant owes its name, developing the same elegant, authentic taste right down to the kitchen, on the pretty terrace. Everything here is of the highest quality, showing a chef's touch and precision: a simple rock fish soup, excellent eggplants à la bonifacienne, a fresh veal tartare with a slightly clumsy presentation, very good young service and an interesting wine list.
