Remarkable Restaurant Le Pirate's reputation is well established, and the restaurant is now offering more affordable blind menus (€65 and €85), while maintaining its high standards, including the Plaisir menu at €110. The location at the tip of the little port of Erbalunga is a delight, and the service is top-notch in this luminous room facing the sea. And the chef's vein never runs dry, mixing prestige dishes and Corsican produce with ease: foie gras with fennel apple and miso, tortellini with langoustines and shellfish, swordfish with shellfish and peas, and the unmissable Abbatucci veal with onions and béarnaise. Corsican cheeses and a chocolate hazelnut yuzu dessert are also part of this broad, expressive menu. A rich cellar covering, among other things, all the island's vineyards.
