Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant place to eat on the way down to the Trinité, updated bourgeois cuisine, the atmosphere of a "real restaurant" and not just a bouchon, meticulous cuisine verging on 2 toques. With raw scallops with ginger and lemon confit, avocado and sumac tart, tortellini with heliantis cream, mussels with thyme flower and bottarga, veal fillet with truffle, celeriac and kumquat purée. Good period desserts (millefeuille with rhubarb jelly and matcha whipped cream, tarte soufflée with gianduja and raspberries with cocoa ice cream...), well-suited cellar.
