They appreciate the cuisine carefully prepared on site by Chef Marine Benhayoun, who puts together an attractive menu that changes with the seasons. The restaurant's reputation for quality meat is well established! Entrecôte, T-bone steak, prime rib, pulled pork and free-range poultry are always perfectly selected and prepared. Burgers (make your own), fresh salads, pasta and fish dishes complete the menu, which also includes a dish of the day and delicious sweets: Tonka cabbage, banoffee pie and Crousti Peanut are the signature desserts. The in-house cellar boasts a remarkable selection of Corsican wines, including the sublime Granit from Domaine Vaccelli. It's so easy to have a good time on the terrace or in the bright dining room!
