Gourmet Restaurant A contemporary bistro not far from Carhaix-Plouguer, Guillaume Ollivaux and Meggy Fauveaux's restaurant is a modern-day bistro, with an emphasis on revisited classics. The plates deliver on their promise and ensure the address's justified reputation, with "Breizochon" croquette, potato emulsion and smoked bacon, camembert with garlic and rosemary, grenailles and ham on the bone, roast andouille puck, local tomme and mashed potatoes, dessert with Plélauff strawberries, fromage blanc from Buis Sonnant and streuzel... A warm atmosphere.
