Remarkable Restaurant Summer on the terrace of Cap Estel... Cut off from the world, in a cocoon of discreet luxury, by the water, the Mediterranean in perspective, the works of Patrick Raingeard for a journey as reassuring as it is seductive. The Gault&Millau d'Or chef has the art and the manner, each season inspiring new ideas, new dishes, based on noble products of which he always makes the best use: Tamaris oysters with seaweed, orange vinegar and shallots; lobster ravioli with lemon mascarpone cream; turbot with café latte, star anise and coffee beans, a subtle and beautiful marriage; grilled, smoked and semolina confit lamb from Adret Label rouge with black garlic and hyssop. The service is elegant and discreet in this luxurious yet intimate setting, the desserts are consistent (apple and celery sorbet with lemon), and the cellar adapts without extravagance for a very good price-pleasure ratio.
