Gault&Millau's review2026
One of the indispensable links in the Chabran galaxy, this historic, gourmet and popular bistro is run with enthusiasm and professionalism by Laetitia, who leads her team with brio for a moment of open-hearted feasting. With a fine bourgeois cuisine, classics as well as moderns, game terrine, egg meurette or Mère Maury's ravioles, but also creamy butternut or salmon gravlax, kidneys, frogs or beef cheek confit, but also monkfish Thai style and pluma of pig. And there are always a few mouth-watering seasonal suggestions, like pigeon pithiviers and foie gras, or partridge in three ways and cabbage embeurrée. A warm atmosphere and a well-stocked cellar.
