Gourmet Restaurant Set in the ramparts of Gaujac, this 17th-century "Maison" with its vaulted dining room or patio is the perfect place to relax over an accomplished and often original plate of food created by chef Christine Teste. Burratina smoked pork fillet with piquillo mushrooms or turbot fillet with sea mustard sauce will be accompanied by wines from an abundant selection that honors the local terroir.
