Gourmet Restaurant Not far from the coast, in the heart of the Parc des Caps et Marais d'Opale, the Bernard family home is a small haven of peace that combines the joys of a comfortable hotel, the rustic elegance of an old 19th-century farmhouse and the modern gourmet pleasures of the chef. The dining room seamlessly combines period wood and brick structures with contemporary furnishings, bringing guests together around the large fireplace in a most convivial atmosphere. On the à la carte menu, ideas work well, such as gazpacho, green peppers, mint and fresh Wierre cheese, cod gilded in oil on the skin and seasonal vegetables, veal sautéed in white wine, mashed potatoes and spring onions, shallot cream, pistachio crème brûlée and red fruit coulis. Well-organized service.
