Gourmet Restaurant In the climb up to the basilica, a restaurant that stands out thanks to its chef Tony Régnier, who plays a fine personal score in a select setting behind the taupe facade. For, at competitive prices, he offers a tempting menu, notably from the start with "starters and nibbles", good produce and gourmet delights: sea trout gravlax, beef tartar with samphire condiment, before moving on to suckling pig loin in chermoula and piquillo ketchup or octopus and its miso roasted eggplant, ending with red fruit soufflé with verbena ice cream. Good lunch menu at €26, classic cellar.
