In the Upper Town, a restaurant with a certain flair—from its atmosphere and contemporary setting to its elaborate and rather sophisticated cuisine: squid white tempura with aioli emulsion, foie gras with mango chutney, ling fillet with miso, salicornia, and cucumber in ponzu sauce, beef skirt steak with pepper and cognac sauce, followed by crêpes Suzette or rice pudding with nougatine.
