Gourmet Restaurant In a quiet little house that combines modernity and rusticity, Frédéric Masella offers a bistronomic menu that follows the rhythm of the seasons. The chef likes to offer his products in a variety of ways: perfect egg, roasted tomato coulis, fire-roasted tomatoes, arugula or Tréminis lamb rillettes, cream of carrot with Antésite and roasted carrots. The result is a beautiful plate with a successful interplay of textures. Service is impeccable, and lovers of Burgundy and Côtes-du-Rhône will be delighted by the wine list.
