Lucile and Lucie, the owners and chefs from Parisian palaces such as the George V, work together to delight the taste buds. Their short à l'ardoise menu pays homage to French tradition, and is constantly evolving according to the raw produce in season. "We work with a market gardener just a stone's throw away," they say. And talent is at work, as illustrated by the terrine de campagne, salmon gravlax, tuna tataki, 7-hour lamb effiloché, prawn and chorizo risotto, and tête de veau. Their desserts are fine conclusions - the lemon tart is a must! - and the wine list is designed to adapt and match the suggestions. For maximum indulgence, settle in!
