Gourmet Restaurant Simplicity and a warm welcome in this classic restaurant, where new chef Stanislas Comar has managed to retain a loyal clientele while expanding his offering. On the seasonal slate, good meats and organic vegetables from a nearby market gardener, in a coherent offer: tomato burratina, watermelon gazpacho, rack of pork with truffle and tomato juice, pavlova with exotic fruits.
