Chef's Restaurant Kinugawa's fusion recipe, following in the footsteps of Nobu in the 2000s, is a regular hit at each of its addresses, always in chic, touristy corners. This unit cultivates savoir-recevoir and shares this wide-ranging menu of exoticism and prestige with a variety of sushi and sashimi, a little caviar, seafood ceviches and "new style" carpaccios, gyozas and tempuras, salads and salmon in teriyaki sauce, Chilean sea bass in miso jalapeno sauce and filet of beef in Japanese-style béarnaise sauce... The Izakaya menu at €70 is the perfect way to enjoy the place.
