Gourmet Restaurant Now settled in the center of town, Anthony Nguyen is pursuing his ambitions, opening a versatile, minimalist space where Japanese culinary culture can unfold without restraint. Depending on your mood, you can head for the sushi bar, the chef's award-winning specialty, or the Izakaya (the bistro), where Japanese classics are served with the utmost care and technique.
