Gourmet Restaurant A recent revival has restored color and cheerfulness to this South-Western address: the jar of Lou Pastifret (Gascon pâté) is a pleasure to share, but you won't want to leave your share to your neighbor for grilled blood sausage with wasabi sauce, duck breast in a tagliatelle, artichoke and zucchini casserole, or Bigorre black rib with garlic. Generous in choice and content, with good desserts (pain perdu, tarte aux fraises, riz au lait au chocolat Manjari...). Good cellar, tannat or fronton by the glass at €7.50, alongside cocktails and beer from the South-West.
