Remarkable Restaurant On the roof terrace and in a jazzy atmosphere, it's a festive and chic dinner that takes place in this prestigious hotel in the heart of the village. Chef Matthias Schütz uses the dedicated kitchen garden to enhance an attractive menu that goes beyond prestige products, bringing real quality cuisine, freshness and delicate flavors to the table. From the marinated tomatoes, gazpacho, fig oil, basil and mesclun, to the perfectly cooked prawns, or the denti carpaccio, fresh coriander and pea soup with mint oil. A beautiful and subtle dessert, a white chocolate mousse, elderberry, rosemary and apricot sorbet, well-balanced, good service and a constant call to local suppliers, including Painprenelle for the bread. The winery is also regional, promoting the Baux-de-Provence appellation. For next season, Romain Lorenzon, known from Gordon Ramsay's Pressoir d'Argent and Villa Navarre in Pau, is set to take charge of the kitchen.
