Remarkable Restaurant Nestled in the Alpilles mountains, this grand estate offers luxury and peace, a hedonistic sanctuary in the heart of a natural wonderland. A 5* hotel blending Provencal architecture with contemporary lines, a golf course, a spa, a reception and seminar venue, a country retreat, the Domaine de Manville completes its adventure of the senses with L'Aupilho, the gourmet table of Lieven van Aken, a worthy bearer of local cuisine as refined as it is proudly Mediterranean. The chef demonstrates impeccable technique at the service of his products: oysters from the Etang de Thau with green sauce, rye brioche bread mouillette and caviar gros grains, Mediterranean langoustine XXL, cucumber, tarragon and fennel flowers, jus de tête à la presse, trout from Isle-sur-la-Sorgue confit in olive oil, Dugléré sauce and red shiso, pigeon from Sarrians stewed in a sauce of salmis and beet, poached peach, verbena and capers. Fine regional cellar.
