Chef's Restaurant The traditional restaurant business has a bright future ahead of it, and we can only be delighted. Eugène Hobraiche, together with his wife Marie-Pierre, run this restaurant in the heart of town with a serious and conscientious approach. And he does so by pleasing his customers, who are reassured by his meticulous use of prestigious products: langoustine artichoke faisselle consommé de tagète, noble fish (saint-pierre, turbot...) fleur de zucchini farcie beurre de zucchini au piment d'Espelette, longe de veau rôti eggplant snackée mousseline ratatouille jus de sauge. The apricot dessert rounds off this distinguished moment on a menu that's not overpriced at €68. Cellar with good references.
