Chef's Restaurant Une jolie table dans un si joli village flamand. De cette typique maison de brique, Eugène Hobraiche a fait un lieu gastronomique incontournable dans la région, et les beaux repas ont ainsi leur destination. La manière est habile, la maîtrise des apprêts classiques permet au chef quelques fantaisies suivant l'arrivage et la saison, notamment dans les beaux menus à 58 et 72 €.
