In a bourgeois atmosphere of studied refinement (serious table setting, silverware and caned chairs), you'll find great classics, flawlessly executed: duck foie gras, veal sweetbreads with Argenteuil cream, pan-fried turbot and porcini cream, pan-fried wood, beef fillet and red onion confit.
