Gourmet Restaurant A pleasant stopover in the Flemish countryside, where the cuisine is meticulous and sincere. In this rustic 70s dining room, with its beams and bricks, Northern specialties take pride of place, lovingly prepared to be shared with the whole family: welsh, fish potjevleesch, "revisited" carbonade, rib steak on the bone.
