Sponsored This is the first Alsace winegrowers' restaurant, and the only one in Paris to feature only Alsace wines and effervescents on its menu. The fruit of the passion of founder Guillaume Keusch, head sommelier Caroline Furstoss and head chef Stéphane Capet, this modern gastronomic restaurant combines conviviality, sharing and elegance. It takes the codes of Alsatian gastronomy and adds a touch of Parisian fine dining. Its wine list, featuring both great Alsatian names and young winemakers, is a perfect match for the chef's proposals, such as roast Arctic char or fillet of wellington venison followed, why not, by a lost kougelhof and its coulis of mulled wine, Alsatian of course! At lunchtime, you can book the restaurant for your private or business events. Elsass's location was not chosen at random, just a 15-minute walk from the Gare de l'Est train station on the way to Alsace. Intimate atmosphere and growing success: reservations are recommended for this culinary experience.
