Its 1801 bastide, with 4 gîtes and 4 chambres d'hôtes, is located in the heart of the Luberon Regional Nature Park, offering breathtaking panoramic views from Gordes to the Monts de Vaucluse. It invites you to relax and unwind: exhibitions and walks through vineyards and olive groves will enrich your stay, while culinary suggestions will delight you. From May to the end of September, you'll love the small lunch menu and the bistronomic evening menus, which change every week according to the inspiration of Chef Souleymane Barry and the produce from the kitchen garden and local producers. Examples of the delights on offer include salmon trout tartare with braised red bell pepper, and lacquered duck breast with a honey-scented reduction of estate red wine. Well-crafted, delicious and beautifully presented. We don't leave the premises without stocking up on the estate's wines and olive oils. The one flavored with their yuzu is a must! The estate organizes concerts and meals in the vineyard, and is available for private events (weddings, birthdays...) and corporate functions.
