Gourmet Restaurant This flamboyant Italian restaurant is the brainchild of Alexandre Giesbert, Julien Ross and Romain Glize, who have succeeded in combining sophisticated decor with convincing transalpine dishes. The decor by Olivier Delannoy and Francesca Errico creates a multi-faceted atmosphere, with a mix of nature, pop art, Art Deco and the 1980s, while chef Federico Schiavon expertly recreates the recipes of his homeland. On the menu, graphic and engaging plates, such as a beautiful margherita with Neapolitan pastry, beautiful pappardelle with beef ragout, or a fig tart. Logical prices.
