Gourmet Restaurant Toulouse-born Virginie Guitard, semi-finalist in the first season of Masterchef, has had a successful career in the kitchens of top restaurants, as a home chef, and in consulting and communications. She decided to come and recharge her batteries in her home town, and in the summer of 2023, she will discreetly open this pretty little bistro, seating around 20, in the Carmes district, in place of a derelict tapas bar. She stays in the kitchen and is assisted in the dining room by a single, absolutely perfect waiter. The motto of the place: "Modern bistro quick to catch fire", notably for the superb cuts of meat cooked and smoked to perfection (share the prime rib with 3 instead of 2!), but also via a lovely bistronomic cuisine billed without excess. All this in a lovely little atmosphere, with a fairly young, up-to-the-minute clientele. A wine list that could and should be expanded in the future.
