Chef's Restaurant A multi-faceted cuisine well known to Toulousans, who can step through the door with renewed confidence. La table de Mo Bachir is a meeting place at the crossroads of cultures, between France and the Orient, well supported by the chef's know-how and creativity. The €50 evening menu is well worth it: quinoa falafel, coffee, Korean black garlic, potato velouté, truffle pulp, Guinness and sesame, smoked haddock risotto, shrimp crispy and passion fruit, caramel liégeois, orange blossom, popcorn and vanilla. Wine and food pairings from €21.
