Original Restaurant A friends' wine bar, for the older generation of natural wine lovers, a little more erudite, listening with pleasure to the details of each wine's cultivation and vinification, distilled by Pascal. The young proprietor knows his business well and selects his vintages with a conscience. The plate is anecdotal, but correct, with the egg confit and creamy carrot, the line hake from Saint-Jean de Luz, fresh and well-cooked, on a celery purée baked rather than boiled, and the apple-pear dessert with a sweet almond.
