Description
Sponsored "Xav in the kitchen and Domi in the dining room: this duo has been going strong for twelve years now. In a charming pedestrian street in Belfort's old town, this restaurant combines conviviality, good food and Franc-Comtois specialities. Morel crust and giant pistachio macaroons are on the menu, and suggestions follow the rhythm of the seasons. At Xav et Domi, freshness and respect for produce are essential. The wine lists also come in pairs: one part offers exceptional wines, fine bottles in a variety of appellations; the other, Jura wines, for food and wine pairings that are always a success. Here, even the decor is homemade, with Xav, head chef and pastry chef, also a talented carpenter. Together with Dom, they are not the only ones to run the restaurant, and they are keen to pay tribute to their team, which they describe as "perfect". Not all restaurateurs are so lucky, or so successful. Don't forget to book!
