This is a good market restaurant in the heart of Montbéliard, ideally located on a large square with a terrace. The interior, beautifully decorated with its library, expresses a modern, friendly spirit. The plates show a good understanding of the modern bistro style: trout fillet and garden sorrel, Camargue black rice and vegetables, duo of sausages, comté purée and country bacon, lamb navarin with vegetables, veal blanquette or fried beef flank steak with pepper sauce.
