Gault&Millau's review
Original Restaurant Launched by Farah Laacher and Thomas Lehoux, who were also behind Ten Belles, this new cantine is a favorite among locals, open all day for convincing pleasures. The menu changes according to the mood and the market, from smashed panisses with zucchini carpaccio, honey vinaigrette, roasted hazelnuts, roasted apricots, sun-dried tomatoes and soft-boiled egg, to lamb confit with onions, white bean purée, tzatziki, herb salad and homemade pickles. Sandwiches are also available.
