And 8 of them! In the heart of Sautron, the famous chocolate and pastry maker Vincent Guerlais inaugurates a new boutique. Its elegant design blends warmth and modernity, with walnut accents creating a refined setting for the company's creations. Visitors can discover the full Guerlais range: fine chocolates, artisanal pastries, macaroons and original confectionery, as well as the unmissable Gâteaux Nantais.

Designed as a true sensory experience, the boutique invites you to savor each creation in a setting where aesthetics and gustatory pleasure meet. This address joins the seven other sales outlets in the region, from Nantes to Sucé-sur-Erdre, and illustrates the company's determination to share its passion for gourmet delights with an ever-wider public.

A company driven by passion and high standards

Since 1997, Vincent Guerlais has established himself as a benchmark in artisanal chocolate and pastry-making. Trained by the greatest, he combines tradition and creativity to offer unique creations, where every detail counts.

In 2018, he inaugurated his cacaofacture, a workshop where the entire chocolate-making process is mastered, from bean to bar. Four years of research have made it possible to produce 100% of its chocolates with respect for taste and substance, a symbol of its commitment to artisanal excellence.

Today, Maison Guerlais even has an international reach, as far afield as Japan, and is continuing its local development with this new boutique in Sautron, a faithful reflection of its gourmet, elegant and demanding universe.
