Chocolate factory Vincent Guerlais is now the best and most prolific patissier-chocolatier in the city of the Dukes of Brittany. With a devilish hazelnut ganache and anthology pralines, including one with coarsely chopped hazelnut almonds, which is very crunchy and never sugary, one with toasted sesame, more powerful in milk than in black, or one with fleur de sel, whose crystals underline and reinforce the roasted notes of dried fruit (75 €/kg).
