Salon International de l'Agriculture 2024: what not to miss?

Salon International de l'Agriculture 2024: what not to miss?

The Salon International de l'Agriculture returns to Porte de Versailles from February 24 to March 3, 2024. The event is so big that it's hard to know where to start. Here are a few suggestions.

Nell Giroir

Over 30,000 visitors a day, 14 hours on site, 4,000 animals... The figures for the Salon International de l'Agriculture are as impressive as its program. But what's not to be missed?

See the animals

For families with children who don't often get the chance to get out in the countryside, this is a great opportunity to see some animals and even watch competitions such as the Concours Général Agricole.

Taste 1001 flavours

If there's one thing you can do during a visit to the Salon International de l'Agriculture, it's eat and drink (in moderation, of course). Producers and artisans from all over the world offer tastings throughout the day. It's an opportunity to make wonderful discoveries, such as Ti Planterre's frosted vanilla at the Antilles stand.

Discover the Gault&Millau Tour partner

Every year at the Salon International de l'Agriculture, it's impossible to miss the Interbev stand: the Association Nationale Interprofessionnelle du Bétail et des Viandes. For this year's show, Interbev is inviting all visitors to its brand-new "Aimez la viande, mangez-en mieux. "

This is an opportunity to celebrate the renewal of the partnership between Interbev and Gault&Millau, as well as the creation of a new "Cuisine" trophy.Cuisine des prairies et des pâturages" trophy at a press conference on Monday February 26. This new trophy will be awarded to chefs recognized for their promotion of French meat products during the regional Gault&Millau Tours. These events celebrate the release of the regional Gault&Millau guides, and showcase the region's finest culinary and culinary talents.
