Aymone Vigière d’Anval et Laetitia Gautheron

Cuvée Les Belles Vignes, Domaine Fournier père et fils, 2024

The nose expresses pinot noir with juicy cherry and strawberry aromas. The palate is soft and delicate, with a silky texture. The wine combines the greediness of fruit flavors with the elegance of floral notes. A rosé that's as pleasurable to drink as listening to lovely, gentle music.

This Bordeaux UFO leaves no one indifferent. A rosé made from Merlot (20% of which is vinified as white wine) aged on lees in kvevri and stoneware amphora. Its sparkling raspberry color presents a wine with a luscious nose of strawberry, blackcurrant and freshly ground black pepper. Juicy on the palate. The tannins bring a substance that carries us far into the tasting with a mineral and peppery finish. A wine with a beautiful light.

A rosé made exclusively from Pinot Noirs from a single plot, Le Clos de Renardin. A lovely nose of redcurrant, cranberry and pink grapefruit reveals a generous, fresh and fruity palate. A long finish of delicate bitters. a must-try, as the appellation is not well known for its rosés.
