Christophe Rohat, of L'Astrance restaurant in Paris
Born in 1971, Christophe Rohat trained in the hotel trade with chefs such as Pierre Gagnaire and Alain Passard. at L'Arpège, he met Pascal Barbot, with whom he founded L'Astrance in 2000, combining creative cuisine with precise service. After more than twenty years of success, they relaunched the restaurant in 2022 in a new, bright and modern space.
