La Vaisselle des Chefs is back for another season of sales. The aim? To offer tableware from top restaurants at prices everyone can afford.

This year, for the 3ᵉ edition of its major sale, La Vaisselle des Chefs has chosen Bordeaux as the first stopover city, on the weekend of October 12 and 13, 2024. This event is akin to an early Christmas present for lovers of fine services. It's an opportunity to treat yourself or someone else to a plate, cutlery and countless other useful tools from the finest local tables. In addition to the Gironde stage, a stopover is planned in Lyon on Saturday and Sunday, November 9 and 10, 2024. Finally, a Paris leg is planned, but no official date has yet been set.

A large eco-responsible sale

Tableware cannot be reduced to a utilitarian tool with only one pragmatic objective: to eat. In restaurants, especially gourmet ones, tableware plays a key role in the dining experience. In fact, some chefs don't hesitate to team up with artisans and create bespoke plates to match the dishes they've imagined.

In the same way that thrift shops often give clothes a second life, La Vaisselle des Chefs plays a well-thought-out recycling role. For them, "this approach is part of the new circular economy", they explain on their website. It's a way of offering products destined for the attic or cupboard at a much reduced price.

The stalls feature plates, glasses, cutlery, silverware, champagne bowls and aprons. All from prestigious establishments such as Le Pressoir d'Argent (3 toques), Thierry Renou - Le Patio (3 toques), L'Oiseau Bleu (3 toques) and La Table des Frères Ibarboure (4 toques).

La Vaisselle des Chefs Bordeaux :

  • Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 10am to 6pm
  • Sunday, October 13, 2024 from 10am to 5pm
  • Where? Place Pey Berland, 33000 Bordeaux
