Counter Culture returns: Yannick Alléno opens his counter to the new guard of gastronomy
A new season of four-hands (or more) dinners opens at the Pavillon Ledoyen, orchestrated by Yannick Alléno, and promises to thrill Parisian epicureans.
Starting this autumn, "Counter Culture" comes to life behind the counter at Pavyllon Paris (3 toques). Conceived by Yannick Alléno, this series of multi-hand dinners is a must for lovers of gastronomy, sharing and culinary audacity. Here's the program!
A free stage for singular talents
Inaugurated in March 2025, "Counter Culture" has transformed the Pavyllon Paris counter into a veritable creative laboratory. Each evening features a guest chef (or chefs) who, for the duration of a service, combines his or her creativity with that of Yannick Alléno. The experience is designed to be immersive, with live preparations, spontaneous exchanges and a friendly, refined atmosphere."Counter Culture was born of a simple desire: to open up the Pavyllon Paris counter to other perspectives, other energies, to make it a free stage on which to invite daring talents to share their vision," explains Yannick Alléno.
An exciting schedule
This new edition will welcome some highly-anticipated figures on the gastronomic scene:
- October 8, 2025: Les Enfants du Marché (1 toque), who offer raw, vibrant cuisine at their mythical Marais counter.
- November 27, 2025: Quentin Mauro & Charlie Anne, the two finalists in Top Chef 2025, ready to set Pavyllon alight with bold, unbridled cuisine.
- March 11, 2026: Adrien Cachot, the "UFO" of French gastronomy, will share the singular universe of his Vaisseau restaurant (3 toques) for an extraordinary culinary experience.
The spirit of sharing around the counter
These four-or-more-handed dinners embody the essence of Pavyllon Paris: gastronomy of excellence, yet accessible and joyful. Around the counter, the complicity between the chefs becomes a veritable spectacle, where creativity expresses itself without restraint. As Yannick Alléno points out: "Each evening is an invitation to experience a unique moment of complicity, a lively one-night encounter. What I love about Counter Culture is the freedom to create without format, without filter."
