Remarkable Restaurant It's a magical place, even more so in summer with its garden terrace in the heart of Paris, between Concorde and the Grand Palais. Yannick Alléno, with his troops in excellent working order, offers a luxury brasserie service, enticing dishes and executive supervision to guarantee a great time for Parisians and tourists alike. Every occasion is a good one to celebrate at Pavyllon a form of excellence in modern French cuisine, with the "Alléno touch" of extractions and assertive taste: cockles and Iberian ham in extraction jelly, porcini mushrooms in papillote with marrow and juniper, gourmet artichoke lasagne, grilled Racan pigeon with arugula and elderberry condiment... There are always so many ideas, right down to the desserts, also available for breakfast and brunch.
