Bosch, world leader in household appliances, has teamed up with Gault&Millau, the benchmark gastronomic guide, to present its new Series 6 food processor. This collaboration celebrates the expertise and passion of two major players in their field, through a recipe devised by the Pâtissière de l'Année 2024.

Bring your culinary desires to life? That's the promise of Bosch's new Series 6 multifunction food processor. This intelligent, powerful appliance provides you with a range of tools to make all your pastry creations, from the simplest to the most elaborate, with disconcerting ease.

Airy meringues, smooth creams, fluffy bread dough, crispy shortcrust pastry, tasty smoothies and refreshing ice creams... The Series 6 pastry blender from Bosch fears nothing! With its 11 automatic programs, it accompanies you in the realization of a multitude of preparations. We like :

  • Its integrated timer for perfect time management of each preparation.
  • Its gram-accurate scale for precise dosing of ingredients, directly in the bowl, on the top of the food processor and in its accessories.
  • Intelligent programs such as automatic texture control for optimal results every time.
  • Automatic stop: the food processor stops when the perfect consistency is reached.
  • Accessory eject button for easy daily use.

The free Home Connect app offers a wide range of recipes and step-by-step guidance.

Combining culinary expertise and technological innovation, Bosch and Gault&Millau unveil an original recipe for Sablé Breton with seasonal fruit. This perfect marriage of traditional Breton cuisine and the modernity of Bosch appliances promises immediate gustatory pleasure. This dessert was imagined by chef Naraé Kim, Pastry Chef of the Year 2024.

Three questions for pastry chef Naraé Kim

Do you remember the first time you used a food processor?

Naraé Kim: The first time I used a food processor was in Korea in 2006, during my CAP in pastry-making. My first pastry at school with the robot was cream puffs. I had to whip up a chantilly with a mixer.

What simple recipe would you recommend making with a food processor?

N.K.: I'd recommend Sablé Breton, the recipe we're going to make now. It's a very delicious, crisp cookie that's easy to make.

What function do you like best about this Bosch food processor?

N.K.: This Bosch food processor has a lot going for it. As a chef, what I appreciate most is the power of the motor. The ability to adjust the height of the whisk according to volume is also very practical, enabling me to work with small quantities. The integrated scale is also a time-saver.
