The sponsors of the Dotation Jeunes Talents Nord-Ouest 2024 are Michel Portos and Pierre Hochart, chef at Les Vieilles Canailles restaurant in Aix-en-Provence.
The two patrons of this year's event also hosted a conference for students at the École Hôtelière. Some forty young people were present, including BTS, CAP MAN and BP1 Cuisine students.
A great opportunity for these future talents to exchange views with their elders on their career paths, their world, their feedback after having opened one (or more) establishment(s), and to nurture future entrepreneurial projects.
