Estelle Harington ET THOMAS FLACHAIRE
Troisgros, Bras, Marcon, Roellinger, to name but a few, Thomas Flachaire's career path bears a striking resemblance to that of a very hard worker. A former GL Events employee (for whom she organized the final of the World Pastry Cup in 2019), consultant for Relais et Châteaux and in charge of communications at Troisgros, Estelle Harington has a wealth of experience in the high-end hotel industry .
The young couple came together around a common project: to open a high-end chalet, offering a small handful of luxury rooms and a kitchen reserved for a maximum of a dozen guests, gathered around a fireplace and an open kitchen .
"With Thomas", Estelle tells us,"we chose to set up in the Abondance valley. We're just 20 minutes from Thonon, 1h30 from Annecy, right next to the major winter sports resorts, and in an area where there are few offers comparable to ours. We're a little behind schedule, but we hope to be up and running by the end of 2024 .
