Chefs & Pêche: an exceptional weekend of gastronomy and nature in Anjou
From April 10 to 12, 2026, a confidential event will bring together chefs, top establishments and enlightened amateurs for a rare immersion experience combining cuisine, the great outdoors and the art of living.
From April 10 to 12, 2026, the Château de l'Épinay is transformed into the stage for an unprecedented experience in which haute gastronomy and nature come together in an uncompromising dialogue. Designed for a very limited circle of guests, the " Chefs & Pêche " event is a weekend-long opportunity to slow down the pace and reconnect with a certain idea of luxury: that of time, taste and sharing, in a verdant setting just a few hours from Paris.
A highly exclusive experience
Designed as an immersive interlude, the event is built around culinary highlights orchestrated by four leading figures on the gastronomic scene: Boris Campanella, Christophe Hay(Fleur de Loire in Blois, 4 toques), Ambroise Voreux(La Cabane à Matelot in Bréhémont, 2 toques) and Sébastien Morellon (Executive Chef at Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët). Between exceptional dinners and more casual meals, each sequence highlights products, know-how and subtle pairings, notably with Perrier-Jouët and The Glenlivet. A culinary score conceived as a red thread, from the first dinner to the Sunday brunch.
But " Chefs & Pêche " doesn't stop at the table. The experience unfolds throughout the estate, between private lake, wooded park and relaxation areas. at dawn, participants can try their hand at fishing or perfect their skills, before extending the experience with the chefs in the kitchen. Complementary activities, from a spa to a local cultural escapade, enrich this well-thought-out stay.
As a partner in this first edition, Gault&Millau is a natural extension of this approach, which values both the cuisine and the overall experience. With a capacity deliberately limited to 24 couples, " Chefs & Pêche " cultivates rarity and exclusivity. An approach that reflects a fundamental trend: a return to the essential, where gastronomy is experienced as much as it is savored.
