Chef's Restaurant It's the meeting of a fisherman, Romain Gadais, and a chef, Ambroise Voreux, that gives this enthusiastic Cabane its full flavor. It's been ten years now since this table was created, and it's a delight for lovers of fish and good local produce. Following Ambroise's recent appearance on Top Chef, the restaurant has gained in notoriety, without ever renouncing its values. Respect for the product, the terroir and its producers, while bringing in inspirations from other cultures. The dishes are harmonious, with a subtle balance of textures and temperatures, animal and vegetable, creaminess and acidity. Examples include chub marinated in Touraine white wine, mentholated pea cream, smoked oil and fresh Villandry goat's cheese, or strawberries in different textures, sunflower seeds and oil, rhubarb, sponge cake with garden herbs and saffron. The cellar reflects the image of the restaurant: mainly local, modern and committed.
